Yes, we take client confidentiality very seriously, and all information shared with us is kept strictly confidential. We have DBS checks and client contracts that include NDAs.

Storage solutions for any home organisation project are not included in the price. We can advise what will be needed and can make these purchases on your behalf, but these expenses will be added on to your bill.
We include 20 minutes of travel time each way for free from the location of your nearest organiser. Anything over this is charged at 50p per minute.
Parking and congestion charges may apply, but will be discussed in advance.
